This is a HOUSE designed for four brothers. Client had a very simple requirement of a lavish 3 bhk with a separate multi-purpose room at every floor. Now architecturally, the challange is to design it as a unit and not as apartments. So following  are the final rendered images of the recent development, where the hollow plinth is treated with arches and the facade with exposed brick to simply look elegant and protect the building from the environment giving it a green touch.

The site is located at Paldi & the project will go on floors in April, 2019′
