The Belle Vue Club again was a challenging project, as this was going to be the collision of both the Public and a Residential buildings in the same campus. The building would be used by diverse people, so it had to be appealing! The breif given by the developer was that he wanted a modern looking structure which can attract more people. So, taking care of the existing premises, we over scaled the structure with all the necessary contemporary elements used for massing the building. We incorporated grandness and also a lot of landscape with the building which made the environment more rejuvenating.
