The idea of temporary structures and its construction is emerging day by day. This not only turns out to be economical, but also an interesting piece of architecture! So with a similar idea, we designed the restaurant “Desi Mood” in Ahmedabad. The structure was made up of two shipping containers. But with the twist we cantilevered one container over the above with the idea of creating a terrace above. This even continued till the second floor where we again created a terrace seating. This small little restaurant is a complete example of Temporary Architecture, which indeed can be the future!
